The Derby SuiteNamed after Edward George Villiers, 17th Earl of Derby (1899 - 1948), the Derby Suite is the largest and most elegant in the building. Its ornate cornice work and domed ceiling being decorated in gold adds a magnificent backdrop to that special occasion.
Its entrance, up a short flight of steps, is off the impressive Memorial Hall with its immense marble columns and Spanish Galleries. It is complete with a dance floor and a separate bar, thus being the principal suite in the building it assumes a unique atmosphere of grandness and excellence.Additional InformationThe Derby Suite has natural light. The Derby Suite also has an ante room and 1 breakout room available. The breakout room just opposite the Derby suite is large enough to hold an art exhibition.
